How Much Is Your Customers Happiness Worth?

How much sunshine am I sharing today? My value is weighed by my words, thoughts, actions, and re-actions.
Whether we are running a business or going grocery shopping for our family we are interacting with other human beings.
Transactions with other human beings goes much smoother when we share sunshine. This is very simple, and yet often times we allow our confusion, doubt, or frustration from a previous situation cloud our judgement in the current situation we are in.
Every time you enter into a transaction with a new person, it is a new opportunity for us to share our sunshine.
This is something that I am still learning to do to this day. I often go over previous situations in my head, over and over again, replaying how I could have done something differently, or trying to figure out why something went the way it did. At the end of the day, it comes down to a very basic theory. If you aren’t in control of something, let it go. If you can’t re-do something, let it go. If you have the opportunity to re-act in a positive way, do it! If you have the opportunity to breathe, let go of the fear and doubt.. and then share your sunshine.
Regardless of what we could or would do… we have the power of our own actions and re-actions. Grab your power, do not let anyone else take it away from you. You are wonderful, smart, kind, and loving. You are perfect just the way you are.
Sunshine comes in many forms: smiles, hugs, laughter, waves, note cards, letting someone else go first, letting a car go in front of you, wishing someone a beautiful day, and so many more….
What are some ways that you love to share your sunshine? My favorite way is sending note cards, I call them “love notes”.
