March 2013: Communicating on a personal level with clients

During the month of March, we will look at the different reasons to communicate on a personal level and different ways to communicate on a personal level with your clients.

Many business owners understand the need to share information about their business services or products, and love when their clients or customers acknowledge and praise their business services or products. But, when was the last time you sat down and communicated with your client or customer as a person: as an individual.

Your goal for March 2013 is to sit down and write out a list of at least 10 clients or customers that you would like to thank or wish well. Let us know when you have completed your list and how you sent your message.
